Partners and Endorsements

Regarding Downtown Fort Worth Lancaster District — The Catalyst/Lennar team, in partnership with the City of Fort Worth, is implementing the first phase of the Lancaster District; a mixed-use urban redevelopment area on the south side of downtown Fort Worth along Lancaster Avenue.  These efforts are a result of the City’s selection of the Catalyst/Lennar team through its formal RFP for master developer.

Regarding Dallas’ Lancaster Urban Village TOD — Catalyst, working with its non-profit partner Citywide CDC and in partnership with the City of Dallas, completed the $30M Lancaster Urban Village TOD development in southern Dallas.  It was an initial project in the City’s Grow South Initiative and the first time certain HUD programs were successfully combined with other public and private sources of funds.

Regarding Las Colinas Station TOD — In co-development with Lennar, Catalyst is implementing the $49M Las Colinas Station TOD on the Las Colinas Urban Center DART light rail station in Irving, TX.  Catalyst and Lennar personnel have a 20+ year working relationship and target key opportunities to work together on occasion.

Regarding 101 Center and the Arlington City Center 
— Catalyst, in partnership with Landplan, is implementing the $49M 101 Center development; a mixed-use, urban infill development forming the private half to the larger City Center redevelopment in the core of downtown Arlington, TX.  The City Center includes a new central library, public plaza, City Council Chamber, and a collection of private mixed-uses within a walkable urban streetscape scene.  This development concept is a result of a planning and master development strategy Catalyst brought to the City.
