Downtown Fort Worth is widely recognized as one of the best and most walkable urban districts in the United States. Exterior amenities include an oversized resort-style pool courtyard with grilling stations and custom artwork, an elevated parking garage with direct access to the building corridors, and a gated dog park and terrace with access to the downtown hike and bike trail system. Residents will enjoy conditioned building corridors, quality designer finishes, 10'+ ceilings with 8' doors throughout, large windows and exterior balconies, endless hot water through a central on-demand system, top unit technology including Nest thermostats, and the convenience of living within blocks of downtown Fort Worth's office towers and restaurants.
